When designing a logo for my business, I was inspired by the Powell River Paper Mill factory which produced newsprint. I envisioned that the factory is a camera, the lens as the setting sun, which signifies the Sunshine Coast District, the smoke stack as a radio antenna and lastly, the boat sails on the roof represent the sailing culture in the area on the Georgia Strait.
